Dr. Fernandez is an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Specialist dedicated to enhancing the oral health of his patients as well as correcting dento-cranial-maxillofacial deformities.
He achieved his Dental Degree at the University Latina of Costa Rica and a Master’s degree in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Javeriana University of Colombia in 2005.
Dr. Fernandez has undergone various fellowships and continuous education programs in dental implants, including the ones provided by Pennsylvania State and Harvard University.
As a co-founder of Dental Cosmetics Costa Rica, he has been instrumental in organizing live surgery courses for SDS in Costa Rica.
His leadership qualities are evident in his work as a former President of the Costa Rica Academy of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Fernandez also contributes to several educational foundations and works with the AO Foundation in Switzerland.
He is renowned as a top global educator in ceramic implantology.
